Fuel up your EV for less than $5/month with Austin Energy

Austin Energy, is making it easier to go electric with an all-you-can-eat charging subscription that costs less than $5 a month. Whether you’re driving an EV or an electric motorcycle, you can “fuel up” in Austin at any Chargepoint station. Hint: there are more around town than you think.

Use
You can either use a public charging station on-the-go or even have a home charger. For that, Austin Energy has a rebate program you can use.

Fuel
The options are endless and Austin Energy charging ports are powered by renewable Texas wind energy. You can have access to all of the charging stations close to you in the Ferry app.

Ask
L1, L2, Blue, Green, Supercharge, Fast Charge? If it’s still all Greek to you - that’s okay. We are here to help ;). Fast Charging Ports
Austin Energy fast chargers are now available and conveniently located near major transit routes. Charge up and get on your way for only $0.21 per minute, plug-in to plug-out.

Home Charging Rebates
Austin Energy offers EV owners a rebate of 50% of the purchase and installation cost of a Level 2 charging station.

The maximum rebate amount is:

- $1,200 for Wi-Fi enabled charging stations
- $900 for non-Wi-Fi enabled charging stations
